Very easy to use the website and superb service as I was contacted to warn me that the image quality was not very good, did I want to go ahead. When I said yes, I was told that the company had done something to improve it a bit and I am delighted with the result. Arrived quickly too.

Love the strong wrapping paper
The quality of the paper was excellent, as was the printing quality. It arrived quickly too.
However, I did struggle with the zoom feature so I couldn't clearly see what it would look like as a final product. Also, I chose to add the images in myself, and I found I couldn't always get the images to snap correctly, sometimes they would only snap with a gap or would overlap each other.
Overall the website is clear and simple to use but the ability to zoom into your image is very important.
