We print on the wonderful microfibre material which comes on rolls. It is 150cm wide so if we are making anything wider, two or more panels need to be stitched together. This means each sheet, excluding cot size, has at least one unavoidable seam and we position it sympathetically to the image or design.
Yes, because the fabric comes on rolls 150cm wide, all sizes above cot size need at least one panel join, which creates a visible seam. To give you control over where that seam falls in relation to your design, we offer four different stitching patterns to choose from. These are displayed alongside your image in the design tool, so you can select the placement that works best with your photo or artwork before you order. Cot-size sheets are made from a single panel and have no seam at all.
These are flat sheets, they don't have elasticated corners. You can either tuck them neatly under the mattress or let the design drape naturally over the edges of your bed, which works particularly well on divan bases. One thing worth keeping in mind when designing: any portion you tuck under the mattress won't be visible, so it's worth placing your key photo or focal point towards the centre of the sheet rather than close to the edges.
