I was a little uncertain about ordering from an unknown supplier, especially as I was ordering a few things and of significant value. However, I absolutely loved my items (handbag, tea towels and tray). So much so, that I have actually placed another order for the zip-top bag!

You printed a small luxury leather bag with a painting of a dog for my client . After much persuasion you delivered the item 1st class so I could give it to her on the date promised. She loved the bag but was not happy that there was a dent in the material. Shyama dealt with it very well allowing me to drop off the damaged bag and to pick up the reprinted one two days later so that I could deliver it to the client in time for her company event in Scotland this weekend.
Had I of had to rely on Royal Mail this would have been a disaster. I live only a mile away so was happy that you were able to deal with efficiently.

Great personalised bag
Requires patience to produce photographic montage. The resulting bag arrives very quickly and is lovely. The photographs are bright and crisp and the bag is well constructed. I find the handles a little short as I hadn’t realised it wasn’t a shoulder bag. I love it and it has been much admires

Have one of these bags which I bought many years ago with my previous dog’s picture on it. Decided to update with a picture bag of my present dog. I had a little bit of a problem with pictures I wanted to use but through live chat staff were very helpful with advice on quality. Ordered Wednesday, arrived Friday. Fab price, fab quality!
