Ordered a personalised suitcase as I'm off to different overnight events this year (2017). Needing a small overnight case decided to go for a personalised one. So very pleased I did! The suitcase design process was very easy to use. The order process was very straight forward and amazingly super fast! When they say ready in a day it really was! I ordered my case one day, it was despatched the same day and received by me the next by courier. I love the case protector it is sent in. It's a drawstring bag to keep your case protected from dust, dirt etc. while not in use. The quality of my pictures on my case was amazing! I chose to create a collage of my animals then scatter the picture several times in black and white and it looks so effective! I have had so many comments and it's very unique as nobody has the same suitcase as mine. The quality of the case is very good but probably slightly over priced but the personalisation makes it worth every penny! Only thing I would have liked was the picture on both sides of the case as it's only on one, so maybe something that can be considered in the future. Only thing I need now is different size suitcases to choose from because I would definitely invest in another suitcase in a bigger size for those bigger holidays! Overall I love my case and love using this website! Thank you bags of love for such excellence!

So pleased with my case. It's been perfect for what I use it for. I show dogs and I can get all my bits in it I need and I'm able to walk my dog into a show with ease. My logo looks amazing n the quality it fabulous as well.

Overall I was happy with the product quality, although I'm not sure the price was right for the product, I would have expected to pay around £80
The buying process was simple and user friendly and delivery service was excellent
I never usually wrote reviews but these guys really deserve full marks !! They did my Christmas ! Did the suitcase, a big bag, a small bag , two beauty cases and a blanket and all were delivered in a couple of days and the quality was superb throughout... great to find such a website ... well done and thank you !!
