I ordered a personalised suitcase for my daughter as a Christmas present and I was absolutely delighted with the product. The case itself was of good quality as were the images that were printed onto the case which was done to a very high standard.The service was impeccable from placing the order (so many different ways to place the images to seeing how it would look prior to ordering) speaking to the customer service to ask for advice and delivery which was a few days after placing the order. Cant wait to give it to my daughter! Thank you

Quality of the Suitcase interior & exterior is genuinely superb. It has all the hallmarks of a top notch suitcase. The photo i had superimposed onto the case came back as really perfect. I was a little apprehensive due to the quality of the photo i sent in, but to say i was pleasantly surprised of the quality is an understatement.

Fabulous! The app for adding the image to the suitcase worked really well, making it clear that the image position would not be perfect due to the bleed at the edges, and thus permitting me to amend the image so that the key features were exactly where I wanted them to be. Your advice that the image selected would print well was also encouraging and helped me to be confident that the product would be as good as it is.
