The process was easy to understand to get the correct size image. However, I would say you need software to edit the image to get it exactly right.
The lead time was exceptional and met the delivery times promised. The quality of the print was first class. I cannot comment on the durability of it as it is a gift but I hope it lasts for a long time.

Cabin case
