Tray was the quality expected but, stupid me, having designed several set-ups on-line, I then chose the wrong one! The tray should've showed one photo of my son & daughter-in-law together, along with a photo of each of their 4 sons. I ended up putting one son's photo in twice. All my fault, but it would've been good if someone on your company computer etc, could've noticed and e-mailed me to check that the daft lay-out was correct before printing. Excellent e-mail service etc.
