I wanted a different product using my son's first ever school nursery photo which we purchased on a CD. Browsing your website I saw the trays and thought they would make a great, practical Christmas present, rather than just handing out Harry's photo to relatives. I would have liked the large trays, but found they were too expensive for my budget. So I ordered the small trays in a quantity of four. I used the scattered design which arranged my photos for me and absolutely loved the design. The products arrived within a couple of days and I was over the moon with them. However, on closer inspection, I found one of the trays had three blemishes on it. I telephoned to report it, was immediately sent an email and I sent some photos of the fault. I was immediately emailed back to say a replacement tray would be sent which arrived within a couple of days. What an excellent service, I have never been disappointed with any products purchased from Bags of Love.

Goods arrived very promptly. I am delighted with them. I recently ordered several pen/torches personalised with photos, and also several personalised trays. I have used Contrado (Bags of Love) for a number of things and have always been very pleased with the products. The aprons are especially good.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the picture quality and the idea is a great one. It was easy to make a collage of my pictures for the tray. My only concern is that the actually tray doesn't seem as sturdy as I'd expected and I'm not sure how well it will stand up to a heavy load.
