Superb service - very quick and efficient. Uploading the image was straight forward and the on-line design tool very easy to use. Tray received looks very good.
If I have a minor quibble it is that one of the tray corners has drooped slightly maybe as a result of the tray forming / cooling process? This doesn't effect the functionality of the tray in any way - it is just that I am a bit of a perfectionist!
