Just to say thank you for your help with this. The mug looks great, and I'm sure my brother will love it… will keep those Arsenal fans at his work place quiet! Also really pleased with my other brother's 60th birthday mug, that you produced for me as well… I think I will have to one for myself, and thinking about Christmas gifts tooooo!

Found 'Bags of Love' by just searching 'mug printing'. I had my artwork ready, but no idea what specs would be required. within seconds, my questions were answered with the online 'instant chat'! All I had to do was load my artwork, any problems would be highlighted in 'orange'. That was it - that simple - no reading what would, or what would not work! My mug was supplied in 4 days, brilliant quality as well!
