Excellent product. Designed a collage mug and it was exactly how I'd designed it, with great quality photos.
Also super fast delivery so it arrived on time for special leavers' gifts, even here in Hong Kong. Will definitely use again next year.
Superb service. When I designed the mug, I didn't realise that the writing was too low and would be cut off. Within minutes of ordering, I received an email stating that it had been adjusted and asking me to approve it. Once done, the mug and poster print both arrived within a couple of days. The poster was great and I was surprised with the quality as I had used 25 year old pictures which I had scanned in.
Brilliant on line help. Advisor was very keen, and happy to check my artwork matched the background I was looking for on my Mug. The product arrived in days, and is excellent. I have used Bags of Love before, also for Mug production, and they never fail to meet expectations. The product itself is very good quality, would highly recommend Bags of Love.
