Found your site by accident, so impressed! I have worked with ceramics for 15 years from production to glaze so am quite picky. The mug I bought for my son's birthday with a planet photo on it, that he had taken himself, was excellent! A lot of personalised pottery have oven baked designs put on rather than glaze, which eventually wear off. I wasn't sure until it arrived but this was fully glazed. Very happy! Superfast from order to delivery. Will be ordering again. I would suggest you mention on your site that your pottery products are fully glazed. Thank you, Lesley

Absolutely Brilliant! I don't normally give reviews but this one is a must! I ordered a personalized mug off a different website first which was delivered broken to me. This was a secret Santa present. The day it arrived, I panicked and was very frustrated. I had only one day to order a new mug. In less than 24 hours, Bags of love took my order, created my mug with a photo and delivered it to my door. Superb service. I even made a call a few times and the customer service staff gave me such ease that it would arrive the next day before 1pm and it did - before 10pm :) on top of all the quality was great! Can't express how pleased I am to receive such service two days before Christmas as such a busy period :D Thank you!
I ordered a mug with my own wraparound design/illustration. I struggled to find anyone else who could print anything other than a single photo (or several individual photos) on a mug. Very happy with the result. It was exactly as per my design and the mug was good quality. I received it the next day. Great service.
