Really lovely as a personalized gift.
The mug took longer to dispatch than expected but arrived in time in the end. Address courier had was far from complete but, judging by other issues inputting details on courier site, the issue seemed to be with the courier. The print quality of picture and text on the mug was excellent.

I would have given Bags of Love 5 stars, but there was a delay in the delivery and my parents received their gifts just before the New Year. They were mesmerised by the quality of the products. Good quality, although printed upside down which I did not pay enough attention to when uploading my images! My images were the right way round, but they are not printed that way! However, as my art is abstract, it would probably only be me that would know! I am very happy with the quality, service, communication etc. I already had ordered personalised face masks from this company a little while ago which is why I came back for different products.
