This is where these guys excel... they are so patient and helpful, and pay attention to every detail. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they are brilliant! Careful about the manufacturing time
I bought a custom mug and chose this website because I needed it very quickly. However, they took multiple days to make it before sending it, which I didn't see anywhere on their website.
However the final quality is great.
