I placed my order for a photo mug which I received very quickly and loved it. Unfortunately only after a month there was a crack under the handle. I contacted bags of love and my initial query was answered extremely quickly. I was asked to send pictures which I did and within an hour I had a reply, apology and the promise of a replacement mug. I only waited a day and received the new perfect mug. I have to say this is the best customer service I have come across in a long while. I am very impressed and happy to recommend and use again. Thank you once again for your help efficiency, and speedy response.
