I received my customised pillow case promptly which was ideal as it was a last minute present for a friend who was leaving for Australia. When this product arrived I was SO happy with the quality. The material was very good and strong so didn't seem like it was going to break any time soon which was a worry of mine. The best thing for me was the picture quality; it is amazing. All the photo's I uploaded came about beautifully and so clear; I am very impressed! It was amazing!!!made the first wedding album for my friends and they ended up asking me to make it twice again for their parents!! Also customer service with Nina and Saori was exceptional!!! They were of great assistance... I highly recommend this gift... It may seem pricey but it is worth every penny I can assure you!
