I ordered a personalised door mat and when it arrived the printed colour was not as expected. I contacted the company who very kindly offered to immediately send out a replacement mat, which they did. Excellent service. Thank you.
I bought a photo blanket. I spotted this on internet whilst looking for a keepsake of my elderly dog. They answered quickly to help with the photo sizing etc and I ordered it and it was here the next day.
I was really thrilled as I'd wanted her to sleep with it at least once before anything happened to her so it had her scent on (for my younger dog too).
It is really a lovely blanket and everyone comments on it. I'd definitely come back if I wanted some more things doing. I just haven't decided what to have done next as I'd also like something with my younger dog on.
My placemats arrived in excellent condition and promptly. They are lovely quality and my images look great on them.

Very impressed with the service I received from Bags of Love. I needed an urgent, one-off item and they delivered!! My image wasn't up to the quality they wanted to produce so they got in touch to tell me how I could improve it, giving lots of technical help and guiding me through the process of finding higher resolution (something I had not even considered) as I had found a picture on an image website. I had an initial panic when I realised I hadn't done a poster for a display in 3 days time - I then discovered "Bags of Love". Easy to upload photos and design the poster, clear instructions and loads of sizes to choose from - perfect. But would it arrive on time, they said it would, and it did, a day early infact! The user interface is extremely user friendly and it truly has a lot many options to personalise and customise. However, it will be great if you could increase your product portfolio and give more options to personalise (at reasonable prices ofcourse :). Regarding the delivery, it was perfect as it was delivered within the promised 4 business days. Also, the online live chat service is informative and friendly. Great work guys, keep it up!
