Relatively easy to order, was really pleased with product. My husbands just set up his own business so I wanted a mug with his logo on and I was pleased by the look of the logo on the actual mug, never easy to tell on the order preview.
customer service was fab as they took the time to query my design and check I was happy with it. I did want to make some changes but had been unable to do it on the original design. The lady was able to change it for me and did so quickly and was very helpful.
The tea towel was a present for someone who has moved away so I have not seen it yet but he was very pleased with it.
I do think delivery could be cheaper however...
but overall very pleased.

My order was for a Christmas present that I was arranging early. But when it came, it was just so good and perfect, I gave it to my friend early and she was so overjoyed. The photo quality was very good, the images sharp and clear.
I found the whole process very good and easy to follow - but received very good online chat help from Alex who was able to fix and finalise all issues so that the product was exactly as I wanted.
Quality control at draft stage was also excellent, in helping me make the pillowcases as good as possible by looking at them again and making the images just a little smaller.
Overall an excellent product, a wonderful and unique present and I will most certainly be ordering from you again.

Great design process and impressed with super quick turnaround! Glad I have found somewhere than can make garments from start to finish. Especially love the leggings as the print quality & vibrant colours are fab!
Like the socks but its a shame the print overlaps at the front; if this could be rectified I would order LOTS more! ;)
