I was absolutely DELIGHTED with the product. The finish was a wonderful soft fabric that showed the print in wonderful detail. I couldn't recommend the service enough. PayPal sent through an incorrect address and I called and spoke to someone at Contrado who sorted it immediately. Great guys. Highly recommended.
Scene : I am in a bar with a friend. My friend said he needed socks and wasn't sure which ones to buy. He goes off to the bar to buy a drink. I fire up the internet on my phone, find bagsoflove.co.uk and design the most bizarre socks I possibly can. In under ten minutes (using a phone!), I'd designed, proofed and ordered his socks of lunacy. Less than a week later they arrive and he loves them! THAT was a good experience.
It was an easy process to get the design I wanted on the mug and the delivery time was extremely quick. Although I had a problem with the first mug the customer service I received was excellent and commendable. They sorted out the problem immediately and delivered a replacement within 24 hours.
