Luggage tag a little but smaller than what I expected and the address was printed upside down to the image on the reverse side. The overall quality of the tag was moderate.

I wasn't happy with the luggage tag when it arrived. I found the quality of the stitching poor and i wasn't particularly happy with the quality of the 2 images. I thought they were very dark. So i got straight on the phone and explained my issues. I was told to take photos of the tag and email them so they could be checked. It was agreed that a new tag would be made with a better finish and the images made lighter. The new re-done tag is better and i am pleased with the result!!
Ordered a Photo luggage tag, for anniversary, very pleased with product. The website was very easy to lay out photos onto the tag, ended up with 23 different photos being used and the delivered tag looked the same as the preview image. Received the tag in 2 days. Excellent service.
