Luggage tag was fantastic & good quality - so pleased with it
Purchased 2 personalised luggage tags. Both photos looked good on the large screen, however as I added text, black text against a black background on one of the tags when it arrived the text could hardly be seen although looked fine on the large PC screen. But that was my error, although maybe could have been picked up on the quality check. One of the leather straps to attach the tags seemed to be made of half the thickness of the other strap and broke. I contacted Bags of Love who sent some replacements. All in all tags are very nice and would order these personalised items again.
