I order a custom decoration for a Christmas tree. It was a little ceramic heart which I was putting photos and text on. The design process was super easy and the shipping was quite fast! The product came out well - the one thing I would say is don't go too close to the edges with your design as they might look okay on screen but on the actual product they end up a little closer to the edge. Not majorly so, I'm just a perfectionist! other than that it's perfect, and good quality too. Really pleased with it :)

Incredible Products, Great Price
I ordered some personalised Christmas tree decorations and they were incredible. The pictures came out beautifully, they had a lovely gloss and felt like a really high quality product. They were a very loved gift. So much so, that I placed a new order with them for some different products to try. My only issue is that the products DO take LONGER to be manufactured than the website suggests - both before and after Christmas, then you have to add the shipping time on top of that. So order them more than a few days before you need them! However their customer service responses were polite and within a fair time scale. Overall an extremely high quality product, from a company with great customer service... you just have to wait a little longer than suggested on the website, but in my experience the products are worth it.
