1st class is the only way to describe both the product and the customer service. The jigsaw is extremely high quality and the tin it comes in with photo on the front is brilliant, a really nice touch. I left this to the last minute to order (i forgot it was someones leaving do). However thanks to Bags of Love the product was here 2 working days after ordering! Most other places were talking 7-10 working days. This was an absolute life saver. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!
