I ordered 1000 piece jigsaw made up of 5 photos of our holiday. I rang for advice on positioning the photos and was given useful and courteous help over the phone. The jigsaw in a attractive tin arrived promptly. I have not opened it to review the jigsaw as it is a Christmas present. Overall very pleased with the experience.

I ordered the 1000 piece jigsaw in a right old rush for my partner ( who is a man with everything...) with a travel pic to go on it.
Everything about the whole experience with Bags of Love was FAB!
I chose them above others because they could do a 1000 piece own picture, AND get it back to me the next day. It was amazing, and it really, truly actually worked, the puzzle arrived in time for me to take on holiday.

We ordered a personalised jigsaw with a photo montage on as a present for my mum. The tool for designing the jigsaw appeared a little bit temperamental but I managed it and was really pleased with the finished jigsaw. It arrived very quickly and was in a lovely tin and in large sections so you could inspect it. The quality appears very good. My only comments would be that it'd be better if the pieces were more irregular shapes. They are all the same shape and also it would be better to have a printed picture of the jigsaw as reference as the one on the tin is quite small and as it is printed in metal it is not the true colours of the jigsaw.
The Web Site was easy to use. The jigsaw set up was also quite easy.
The best part was we received the product within 24 hours - congratulations.
