Very pleased, exactly as described, good quality photo. Present for my wife which she loved. Good website, fairly easy to navigate. It may have been there but instructions on reducing font size would have made it quicker. A quick how to guide or short annotated video maybe.

The collage jigsaw was the best I could find online and I wasn't disappointed. It was easy to create and delivery was really quick. Bought it as a Christmas present for my mother in law and she loved it. It kept her busy for days! Would definitely order from here again.

This was, I felt, a VERY expensive jigsaw. However, the quality is beautiful and the pieces fit together easily. The tin is very pretty - and useful. I was surprised to see the image on the tin has such a metallic sheen. I wasn't expecting that, but it is still attractive. The only downside is that the tin fits the jigsaw pieces almost exactly, so you can't just put them in and close the lid. You have to spend some time arranging them before the lid will close. I would use this company again, but only for the *very* special people in my life as the cost is prohibitive.
Purchased a jigsaw from Bags of Love the quality was good though the pieces we're smaller than expected, but the service was absolutely spot on. I will not hesitate in purchasing more gifts from BAGS OF LOVE.

I chose to have the jigsaw to be presented in the tin rather than a conventional pictured box. I liked the idea of it being different to the norm. However the lid of the tin is only 19 cm x 12cm and has a metallic finish which makes it more difficult to view the picture. Having said that it will add to the challenge of doing the jigsaw particularly with the multiple 9 photo montage.
Box versus Tin...it depends on the complexity of the picture and the degree of challenge you want to give the recipient. I would purchase the Tin again.
