My order of two bone china photo mugs arrived in good time and well packaged. The mugs were off good quality and the print was excellent. I will purchasing additional mugs. Bought to match small tray.

Ordered a personalized mug and I am thoroughly pleased with it. It's very good quality as was the the image that was put on. The site was easy to use and I Will definitely be using it again.
Easy to order my personalised mug and was kept updated eg the supplier wasn't pleased with the quality of the print on the first mug so there was a slight delay so they could re-do it - I would much rather this and have a quality product.
The recipient was thrilled with it.
