I ordered a personalised mug and I'm absolutely delighted with not only the quality but also the service and speed. I received the mug 24 hours after ordering, amazing service!!
Good Quality
The patterned designs on the outside of the mug are great, its vibrant and the quality is great. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and will be buying more. The only negative is that the inner part of the mug has a more rough surface which means it stains easily. But a little bit of bleach can clear that up!

This was my second order of bone china photo mugs from Bagsoflove. They really are excellent quality. Easy to set up on the website once you upload a photo. Quick delivery. Superb quality image on the mugs. Ours show no sign of fading after many months of use and washing up. There may be cheaper photo mugs out there but don't be tempted - buy these ones - you won't be disappointed.
