Cup seemed very thin and smaller than I thought.
I thought they photos I added to mug would have a boarder around so they would stand out from one another. But this is probably my mistake and not yours. It wont stop me ordering items from her as I think 95% of your items are spot on.

A gift for a friend ...I was looking for a gift boxed mug . At £17 I thought it may have come in a prettier box than white polystyerine. Also described as bone a china which I am sure it could well be but no stamp on bottom...looked cheaper than it was but happy enough with the print .
Stunning porcelain mugs
I ordered three porcelain photo mugs of my artwork for my husband's birthday. I haven't given them to him yet, but I know he'll be thrilled. The colours are bright, the detail came out well and the quality is great.

Lovely quality mug
Mug has come out very well. Really happy with it. I found the website a little fiddly for designing mug - there were several warning messages about white spaces that I couldn’t see and work out how to correct. There are no white spaces on the finished product. Not sure whether this is because someone tweaked the design before printing or whether the website was just a bit glitchy.

Well made mug, quickly delivered
The printing quality on the mug is excellent. The recipient was pleased. The delivery was quick, particularly as this was a last minute order before Christmas. Only two things keeping it off 5 stars. First it's not dishwasher-proof (but I knew that before hand because it was made clear on the site) and it's a little bit small (the recipient said it's ok, she'll drink coffee out of it).

Great quality product & excellent service
Bone China mug - rare to find these for personalisation and these are excellent quality. They feel better than other pre printed bone China. I’d recommend the large mug for tea and coffee, it’s a perfect size. The speed and quality of service was second to none. I will be looking to make future purchases from this company.
