Terry towelling is a thick,m highly absorbent fabric. Fire rated for nightwear it is comfortable and crease-free. Due to the fibrous material the surface area isn't completely even, this will give each order its own unique character. You may notice white flecks when you brush the fabric in a specific way, this is normal for towel fabric and adds further to the unique character. Cotton-linen is a much lighter fabric, ideal for tea towel fabric, and also for a portable towel fabric. It is smoother than the terry towelling and had a very different feel to it, however thanks to it's nano-tech fibre technology it is still highly absorbent and quick drying, especially when compared to standard tea towel fabrics. It is a very breathable fabric and is a natural blend of 85% cotton and 15% linen. Cotton-linen offers a very strong, durable fabric, and has a very even finish.

What is Towel Fabric?

A material which you can use to make a towel with. The main thing to look for when choosing a towel fabric is absorbency, and how quickly it dries. We have a terry towelling which is super-absorbent material is perfect for tea towel fabric, bath towels and flannels as well as nappies. Due to its soft pile and comforting nature, it is also commonly used for many baby items, as well as slippers and bathrobes or dressing gowns. We also offer a cotton-linen. We use a nano-tech fibre for our cotton-linen tea towel which is custom engineered. This gives your fabric a larger surface area and is it is made up of interlocking weave, which creates tiny holes, it allows the water to penetrate deep into the fibres and soak in, rather than hitting a solid weave and not being easily absorbed. The increased surface area also means that the water can evaporate more quickly, which hugely reduces the amount of drying time when compared to standard tea towel materials.

Make a Collage

If you can’t decide on which photo to use, you can upload multiple images and create a photo collage. This can be done using one of our pre-set montage templates, or you can create your own entirely from scratch. It’s super easy to do and the possibilities are endless.

How to add your collage to your product

Step 1 – Click the start design button & select your product options.

Step 2 – Go to the ‘Images & Text Tools’ tab, click the ‘add images/Text’ button on your product & ‘Select Images to Upload’ or use the Facebook/Instagram tabs.

Step 3 – Choose the images you want to use for your collage, upload & select them from the uploaded photos list.

Step 4 – Click ‘Create montage’ & select your collage style.

Step 5 – Add the collage to your design.

Hints and Tips

  • The more images you add to your collage the smaller each image will be. Fewer images will be larger and give you more clarity and detail.
  • The more people in an image, the less detail there will be. If you have 10 images of a group of five friends, each person will be smaller than if you have 10 images of just one person.
  • Try to make sure that the longest side of each image is around 10 centimetres. There is a handy ruler built into the design tool to help you with this.
  • Smaller products will not be able to fit as many images as larger ones will.

Custom printed on-site

Our towel fabric is digitally printed, in full HD colour and comes with a choice of four different finishing options. You can choose to have your tea towel fabric hemmed, with either an overlock or baby hem with either black of white thread. If you don't wish to have one of our expert seamstresses hem your towel material, we can send it either cut on the line (with no white edges) and as it comes, straight from the printer with a white border around the edges of your custom print.
