How we make it

Multi-part process

Our expert printing technicians print your designs directly onto the Monroe Satin using the most up-to-date digital printing methods. The modern deep infusion technique penetrates eco-friendly inks deep into the fibres of the fabric. This results in a high-definition, long-lasting print which leaves no texture on the material, so the satin still feels as luxurious as before it was printed. 

Skilled craftsmen then cut your personalised party banner to size, based on the specifications that you gave when you placed the order. This is always done after the printing to ensure that your photos run completely edge to edge and that there are no white edges around your design unless you intended it to be that way. The craftsmen then attach between six and eighteen eyelets around the edge of your photo banner - for easy hanging - dependant on how big it is. 

Artisan seamstresses then hem your custom party banner to give it a beautiful finish, and to extend the life of your banner, protecting it against fraying. Once fully assembled our quality control department will check everything over to ensure it matches up to our high standards before shipping it out to you.
