When I placed the order I noticed that I was being charged 15.00 for overseas delivery despite me asking for it to be delivered to an address in the UK however because my billing address is in Spain it had automatically defaulted to the Spanish address. I called the helpline and this issue was resolved within minutes. Very impressed, placed order on Tuesday morning and received order by Thursday morning. I am creating a This is your life Scrapbook for my brothers 50th birthday and got exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a red book for my husband's 40th - it has come with lovely gold writing to the front and a picture of him.
The book itself is of a high quality and looks really special - he will be delighted with it! The pages inside are thick cream paper so again look suitably good quality. Would definitely need the mounts for piccies.

Fantastic service, I ordered a red 'This is Your Life' book with the cover to be customised after 4pm and as a special request the book was ready to collect at 10am the following day. I could not find a similar product anywhere else on the internet for turnaround at such short notice.
