Perfect Gift
This is such a great idea. I had booked a holiday for my partner for his 40th birthday but he didn't know where he was going. I put together a little picture book with a bit of a timeline with how the holiday would go. I also included pictures of us together on previous holidays and, to his embarrassment, pictures of him when he was at school! It came out really well and I was really impressed with the quality and the speed of production/delivery and he loved it!

Really good present
I created a book for my girlfriend as an anniversary present, it was really good. The pictures were mostly taken from a mobile phone yet they came out in the book just fine with no blurring and the colours were fine. My girlfriend appreciated it a lot. The price was amazing, I would definitely get another one of these for any occasion, I know my mum would love one at Christmas or Mother's Day.
Excellent product and customer care
Very impressive presentation of my photo book. It came out way better than I expected. I am very pleased with it. When I needed some assistance, I was blown away by the level of competence, professionalism and customer care ( Kayan) demonstrated. He/ she replied quicker than I was expecting and sorted my problems at the same time made me feel like I was the most important person. My order arrived as expected and I highly recommend Bagsoflove to everyone.

Happy overall but some improvements needed
The front page, page quality were really good. The use of the tool can be quite clunky (it doesn’t save all colours you’ve used throughout the process, moving and changing text and photos was not smooth and didn’t fit as requested), the web form is very slow to use.
I think it’s great that the work is quality checked however it wasn’t clear that a few of my photos were heavily pixelated, they were very clear when I added them in and it wasn’t really flagged.
Overall, I’m happy with the product. It just took me ages to put together.
