Amazing , quick and very beautiful design
I've ordered a heat sensitive mug before from a different website, so I knew what to expect. The reason why I went to your website is because you seem to be one of the only ones that accept 2 images to place on the mug. A lot of the other websites only accept 1 photo and text. The most important thing for me was the need for 2 photos, which I was able to get through you, plus text also! So it was a win win. The only thing I would comment on to improve on (if poss) is when the image does appear when got water is poured, the actual mug is not quite a white colour. It's more of a creamish, which wasn't quite so attractive. The previous heat sensitive mug I have ordered from another site did reveal it's colour to be white which I found looked aesthetically better to be honest. HOWEVER what really counted and really impressed my work colleagues was the feature of how the mugged work, which was brill!!! I've now got one of my colleagues asking me to order her 2 mugs as Xmas gifts for her family!
Nice quality.. Lovely product, would have preferred if that cup remained black after heated especially since I had a black picture background.

The Service provided by bags of love was brilliant. I ordered my items the day before Christmas eve and i had them delivered by the next day, just in time for christmas.
