At first i found the online upload template difficult, but after the first attempt realised it was actually very simple and priced the job per 1cm. In all times (3 purchases) the materials arrive very swiftly. I was extremely pleased that putting in a night order, the material was printed by the end of the next day.
Telephone service has also been very good.

Once again I found it difficult to upload my designs and to navigate through the instructions. On both occasions it has taken a long time to get the designs successfully in place and I have needed to phone BOL to get the help of one or other of the very helpful and patient people at BOL itself.
