I was very impressed with the help I had in ordering my bag . It came very quickly. My only disappointment was that the picture on one side was not very good quality. I had spoken to the gentleman on the telephone to make sure both pictures had arrived and if he had told me that one wasn't so good I would have had the opportunity to chose another one........ BOL: We can see that you were advised in the preview with a quality warning but when you telephoned this was not raised so we did not know you were worried! Let us know if it is too bad to live with.....
