Easy to upload photo and design the placemats and coasters. I wanted them all the same which was easy to achieve although it would have been useful to have a "create all the same" button once I had done the first one.
Straightforward ordering process and my order arrived very quickly despite being the week before Christmas. Lovely quality,glossy with hard back. Easy to wipe clean. Glad I paid a higher price than I was originally expecting for unique quality personalised placemats and coasters and would recommend.

I got a pack of coasters, simple step by step instructions and quick delivery. They are of high quality, I've had this product in the past from another company and these were much better.
