Normally turnaround is very quick except near chrstimas time... normally quality is very good, just unfortunately yesterday i received a product with the wrong name on it but it was quickly rectified and the correct item was sent to me the next day.

Excellent service and quality. Couldn;t believe how quick the product came. Shown it to lots of my friends and they have had website off me. Only problem I had is that my eyesight not brilliant, so I found it difficult to set out montage of photographs in small space given to you. Hopefully my daughter who I have bought it for, for her 18th birthday will love it!

It seemed the order was delivered the moment I uploaded the photos. Impossible and hard to believe, but that's what it felt like. Really impressed.

Really enjoyed the new format for downloading photos - much better and easy to change. Really enjoyed doing montage pics for some months. Very quick turn around - made them on Friday lunchtime and they were delivered next day! Excellent service.
