My Bags of Love photobook was a much larger project than I had thought. I have to say that the customer support and online help were exceptional. They helped me piece together the final package I now have. All 20 pages of it!

I needed a personalised present in a hurry - so using the chat function on the website I was able to find out if my personalised photo book could be delivered within two days they assured me that it could. So I uploaded all my photos on the website played around with the easy to use software for an hour and lo and behold two days later lovely phhotobook arrives making the birthday girl very happy! Great service - I will use it again.

I ordered a photo book a few days ago for a special birthday gift and it arrived within 3 days. Bags of love never fail in their service. I used you for a photo blanket for a gift a couple of years ago and the blanket still looks fabulous, so I decided to use you again for another special birthday gift. Brilliant service, advised that the product wasnt to bags of love's standard, so they emailed me advising me and apologising for the delay, but they wish to remake the item, to which i was thankful for there honesty and updates, where most company's would just send an item regardless, perfection seems top of your agenda to which i love being a perfectionist myself
The item i received was absolutely beautiful, this was a gift to my mum thank her for a very special occasion my hen party, to which i couldn't have done anything better than this album, it bought tears to her eyes.

The service was great, really friendly and helpful on the phone and instant message service.. and very accommodating of my last minute rush to get a custom made photo book printed!
There were a few frustrations with the online software (such as not being able to simply move a page to another position in the book and not being able to view it in actual size) but generally it was easy to use.
Unfortunately the book was printed in black and white by mistake but I was very happy to be able to present my mum with something on her birthday (it was a very quick turnaround for which I was grateful) and she got the colour version the following week. All in all it was a great service and we were all really happy with the book! Many thanks.
