I don't often leave reviews but I was so impressed with this company i felt the need to write one. I ordered a large photo blanket for my mum who is terminally ill so this was an important purchase for me. I'd made a mistake on my design so I went online (in a Sunday night!!) and spoke to someone called Shin who went above and beyond to help me get things just right. It was truly appreciated and it's not often you see such great customer service these days! The product arrived in perfect condition and we are delighted with it.
