Sample packs are extremely well presented, each Swatch cleverly labelled with in the printed design.
The 30 minutes cut of was a little daunting but meant that it was clear that the printing process, once started was irreversible. What was unexpected was excellent customer services as the print was held back to double check that I had realised that the image I used was no longer clear and I was given the opportunity to correct the image/ improve the quality of the image. I asked what DPI was required, so further orders can be created with ease and confident that the results will be perfect. The test print scarf in Mulmul is beautiful, I'm pleased with the results. I'm planning a new image of my own art work for a scarf design.
An enjoyable design process
I’ve never designed a scarf before although I am familiar with paper print design. The process worked well and I had very helpful advice from the Chat assistant at on point when I needed to alter the font. I ordered them on Wednesday and they arrived on Saturday which is amazing. The quality is very good and they feel luxurious, I bought them as gifts for my two daughters so I have obviously not worn them myself. I

Brilliant product!
The scarf looks brilliant, really soft and the colours are vibrant. Had issue with Royal Mail delivery... contacted your team who said that they would follow up. They called me to say that they would follow up again, but then never heard anything.
Feedback
I ordered silk scarves designed from photo images. I felt that there was a limited choice for sizing and I would have liked to have added a border around the design. Having done this in the past and I was disappointed I could not on this occasion. That said the quality is exceptional, and there is no doubt about it. The cost to produce is very high and this keeps margins low which means that I cannot afford to make them more often.

Another Great Product

Printed Scarf Design
