I don't usually write reviews but the quality of the product and the service provided by "Bags of Love" was exceptional. I received an email on a Sunday evening within minutes of placing my order advising that adjustments to the application of my uploaded picture were advised to improve the look of the final product - the designer was correct and the change made a big improvement. The personal care taken by the company with orders is of a very high standard and the product itself is wonderful.
