I am so pleased with the tray! I designed this myself, as a birthday present for a friend. I was a bit unsure how to set up the file to achieve the best result so I contacted customer service on the live chat and got instant response. The corners where it curves up are smooth (and not creased as you can find on many trays). Overall, a very high quality product and I can't wait to give this to our friend!
