I received my customized blanket a few days ago (a graduation gift for my daughter) and I was AMAZED at the high quality of the materials and the printing of the photos. I had high expectations and every one of them was exceeded and then some. I might have even gasped aloud.
In addition, the customer service was excellent throughout - from the extra care taken by humans to review my design and confirm that it would print out ok, right down to the speed of delivery all the way to Canada - only a couple of days!
