We received our photo mouse mat in good time, however our daughter looked like she had sunburn, as the colouring was wrong. Phoned them and a new one was sent out Special Delivery the same day as it was for a present. The replacement was perfect and the quality was good, I just wish the original hitem had been quality controlled before sending in the first place.
