I received my order within 2 working days and was pleased with the personalised tin box. I was much more impressed by the customer service. I had accidentally placed and paid for two items (only needed one) and had i had received an email from bags of love, would have been none the wiser until checking bank statement. Bags of love spotted the duplicate order and notified me offering full refund for my mistake. Which they indeed did fulfil. I would recommend bags of love for their honest and efficient service.
