Ordered a pencil box before Christmas wasn't expecting to receive it until the New Year due to Christmas post etc but it did and in excellent condition. Lovely personalised item for my 4 year old and because it has his name printed on it, it won't get taken by mistake by the other children in his class.
This was a replacement for an order which arrived damaged. The second item was in perfect condition and when I contacted Bags of Love to advise that there was a problem with my order, my email was dealt with quickly and courteously, so I have no complaints! The tin itself looked great, the colours of the image were accurate and it was well finished. A bit pricey for what it is, but that wouldn't put me off ordering again.

Unfortunately the item arrived damaged. Customer service response was very quick and I'm waiting for a replacement which I hope will arrive before Christmas.

So easy to order, arrived very quickly. The pencil cases are brilliant - can't wait to see the boys faces on Christmas day. I like the quality of the aprons - only concern is washing at 30 degrees and whether cooking marks will come off.
Fab company and will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends - most of which are ordering things for Christmas already.
