The product was well packed arrived in good condition and was of good quality but the delivery was poor. After I upgraded to Saturday delivery FedEx failed to deliver claiming to have left a card.This was not the case and there was no way to get in touch until Monday morning. I needed the printed cloth for a birthday midday Monday so was very upset by the delay.They first promised to deliver by 10:00am but it was closer to 11. It was very stressful and I would not use FedEx again but your product was very good and I would use your company again.
