I have not received ANYTHING!!!!!!!
I phoned last week and was told it could take up to 15 days, which is not acceptable.
In the last 22 years, none of any letters or mail sent through Royal Mail took more than 2 days to arrive within the UK mainland.
Please sort it out, redo and send again please!

Brilliant service, I made an order of fabric samples and they were delivered on time, perfect condition and as described. From this I made an additional purchase, I was working on a tight time scale so requested a next day delivery (although I was ordering after the cut off time), they made this happen and I am very happy with the service provided.
