I am beyond impressed! I had reservations about having a single tie made in UK and shipped to US, but was feeling impulsive. The order was here within a week, the design was PERFECT, and they even sent 2 ties instead of one! Was that because they tried it 2 different ways? I don't know but it shows they love what they're doing and that's what matters! I WILL order again sometime.
