Hi,
I found you by using a Google search and was pleased at the different and unique personalised items you offer for gifts.
Although your prices aren't cheap; they are reasonable for the lovely quality in what you get. I ordered a tie for my other half for fathers day; he's a complete crank (big into trains) and thought that your tie would be great with a photo of his favourite loco on. I don't have a home computer so did all the ordering on my phone. It was easy to follow, great choice of colours to choose from and waited for the parcel to arrive. Not only was it packaged nicely but it arrived quickly too! When I opened the box and took a look at the tie I was more then pleased. It looks lovely. I haven't taken it out of all the packaging as it's a present, but it looks absolutely spot on. If that doesn't make his day... not a lot will. Super pleased. Thanks guys and girls. X

Quickly (& safely) delivered, & product is fine. No problems at all.
It was better than expected would recommend to anyone the only downside was could be sown a bit better at the back.

Silk Tie:
Printing: excellent colour, crisp outlines, very accurate reproduction of file
Delivery: prompt and well-packaged
Overall impression: while, the result was exactly as, in fact better than, I had anticipated, could you tell me if it's possible to print on a slightly modified template? I.e could the tie be a bit narrower in line with modern fashion.
Also I found the finishing glaze a little too shiny, more like a chintz effect. My ideal finish would be more like an Hermès tie - lustrous and with a quieter sheen than the one you sent me.
If the above comments are achievable with you, I could place a lot more orders...

The tie arrived quickly and well packaged. It was a class present for a teacher and everybody absolutely loved it.
